'Stan is a life long native New Yorker born in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village.                                                                                                                             In the early 80s, he hooked up with the pop metal band The Stax and was a presence on the hard rock circuit performing at legendary clubs like CBGBs, Max’s Kansas City, Kenny’s Castaways, The Bitter End, and more. He has been performing and recording for over 25 years in original and cover bands.

In 2009 he released One Night Stan his first solo CD.

In September of 2015, Stan has parted ways with The Cheap Vibes on good terms.  We wish him all the best.
